1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "pin77", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to the pin77 online betting and gaming platform, its operators, and affiliated entities.
• "User", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the pin77 platform and services.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a User to access pin77 services, identified by a unique username and password.
• "Platform" or "Website" refers to the pin77 online platform accessible via https://pin77.cam, including all subdomains, mobile applications, and related interfaces.
• "Services" includes all betting, gaming, and entertainment products offered through the pin77 platform, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, table games, lottery-style games, and any future offerings.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a User on a gaming or betting event through the platform.
• "Balance" refers to the funds available in a User's Account, including deposited amounts, winnings, and bonus credits, displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, free bet, cashback, or other incentive provided by pin77 to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use pin77 services. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Our services are intended for residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing the platform and placing bets. Use of VPN services, proxy servers, or other methods to disguise your location is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To access pin77 services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and Indonesian bank account details. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes during your use of our services.

Each User may register only one Account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual, household, IP address, or payment method are strictly prohibited. We employ advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any User found operating multiple accounts will have all accounts immediately closed, with balances forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, we reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Required documents may include government-issued photo identification (KTP/Indonesian National ID card), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement less than three months old), bank account verification, and selfie verification.

Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until identity verification is successfully completed. You agree to provide requested documentation within 30 days of our request. Failure to comply will result in Account suspension and potential closure.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you bear full responsibility for all transactions, bets, and actions taken.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must immediately notify pin77 customer support and change your password. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access due to your failure to maintain credential security.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal purpose
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your Account
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to gain unfair advantage
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Engaging in bonus abuse or systematic bonus exploitation
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals without legitimate cause
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Users or staff members
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or verification

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through approved payment methods including bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000 per transaction unless otherwise specified.

Deposits must originate from a bank account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refund any deposit originating from a source not matching your verified identity and to close your Account.

Deposited funds are typically credited to your Account within 2 minutes during banking hours. In cases of delay, contact customer support with your transaction reference number for assistance.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time, subject to completion of identity verification (KYC) requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or payment method used for deposits, in accordance with AML regulations.

Standard withdrawal processing time is under 15 minutes for verified accounts. However, we reserve the right to conduct additional security checks which may extend processing time up to 72 hours. First-time withdrawals and large withdrawal requests may require enhanced verification procedures.

Before withdrawals are approved, any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed. Withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-related winnings prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

4.3 Fees and Limits

pin77 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. Daily withdrawal limits are Rp 25,000,000 for standard accounts and Rp 100,000,000 for VIP accounts, unless otherwise negotiated with your account manager.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

pin77 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are displayed on the promotion page and must be accepted before claiming.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry wagering requirements (also called turnover or rollover requirements) which must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x wagering requirement on a Rp 100,000 bonus means you must place Rp 1,000,000 in total bets).

5.2 Wagering Contributions

Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Sports betting (odds 1.75 or higher): 100% contribution
• Live casino games (excluding baccarat): 50% contribution
• Baccarat: 10% contribution
• Table games (roulette, blackjack): 25% contribution

Specific promotions may have different contribution rates, which will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

We reserve the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if we detect bonus abuse patterns including but not limited to: systematic low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinated bonus exploitation across multiple users, or betting patterns inconsistent with normal recreational play.

6. Betting Rules & Game Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to the rules published by the relevant sports governing body and the specific market rules displayed on our platform. In the event of a match postponement, bets will stand if the event is rescheduled within 48 hours; otherwise, bets will be voided and stakes refunded.

Settlement of bets is based on official results as declared by the governing sports authority. If official results are subsequently changed (e.g., due to disciplinary action), we reserve the right to resettle bets accordingly.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games operate according to their specific game rules as displayed in the game interface. Random Number Generator (RNG) games are certified by independent testing agencies to ensure fairness. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers and monitored by supervisors to maintain integrity.

In the event of software malfunction, disconnection, or display error, all affected bets are void. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any bet settled due to technical errors.

6.3 Maximum Winnings

Unless otherwise specified, the maximum payout from a single bet or game round is Rp 500,000,000. Progressive jackpot games are exempt from this limit, with maximum payouts determined by the jackpot pool size at the time of win.

7. Limitations of Liability

pin77 services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of pin77 services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the six months preceding the claim.

We are not responsible for delays or failures in service performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, terrorism, pandemics, telecommunications failures, internet service provider failures, government actions, or other force majeure events.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pin77 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, "Content"), is the property of pin77 or its content suppliers and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content without our prior written consent.

The pin77 name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of pin77 or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 Suspension by pin77

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, violated applicable laws, or pose a risk to the integrity of our platform or other users.

Upon Account suspension, we will conduct an investigation. If the suspension is upheld, your Account will be permanently closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. If the suspension is lifted, your Account will be reinstated and your balance restored.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, you may request self-exclusion from pin77 services for a specified period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. 9.3 Voluntary Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered bank account after deduction of any applicable fees or charges. Accounts with active bonuses may not be closed until wagering requirements are completed or the bonus is forfeited.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pin77 is licensed, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of pin77 services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body specified in our license jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

By using pin77 services, you waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against pin77. Each party may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity.
